This chapter describes messages generated by the resource-mgmt subsystem.

Major

Message: <function> Can't allocate from new label range

Meaning: MPLS Label allocation failed

Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.

Message: <function> Can't find MPLS OFIntTbl header

Meaning: Memory allocation failed

Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.

Message: <function> Can't find label header!

Meaning: Inter process communication failed due to incorrect parameters while allocating an MPLS label

Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.

Message: <function> Can't find outsegment ID header

Meaning: Memory allocation failed while allocating an outsegment.

Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.

Message: entry range <number> is already allocated

Meaning: Duplicate entry found in internal data structures.

Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.

Message: invalid <type> argument, routine <function>

Meaning: An internal software component has encountered an error due to incorrect arguments.

Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.

Message: invalid <entry> offset (<value>)

Meaning: A wrong offset prevented access to the forwarding table.

Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.

Message: no available <resource table> entries

Meaning: An internal allocator cannot accommodate new entries

Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.
