Message: Bay <area>, controller <number> - Initialization failure: <message>Meaning: Failed to spawn Power Monitor task.
Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.
Message: No bay monitor cards can be found in bay <area>Meaning: The Bay monitoring hardware component has failed or is not installed.
Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer
Major
Message: Bay <number>, bay monitor <number> - <message>Meaning: Error in Bay monitor readings
Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.
Message: Bay <n>, breaker <n> is offMeaning: Breaker rail voltage is off
Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.
Message: Bay <n>, breaker <n> is trippedMeaning: Breaker rail voltage is tripped
Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.
Message: Bay <number>, voltage on rail <id> (<voltage> V) is too highMeaning: Voltage on rail is high
Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.
Message: Bay <number>, voltage on rail <id> (<voltage> V) is too lowMeaning: Voltage on rail is low
Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support
Minor
Message: Bay <number>, voltage on rail <id> (<voltage> V) is normal againMeaning: The voltage measured on the specified rail is now within a normal range.
