data-link Messages

This chapter describes messages generated by the data-link subsystem.

Major

Message: <function>(): DLC Insertion error for 0x<hexadecimal>, ifType = <number>

Meaning: Insertion into an internal data structure failed due to data corruption

Action: Contact Avici Customer Support

Message: <function>(): DLC Tree creation error

Meaning: An internal data structure failed to initialize properly.

Action: Save your system log to a file and contact Avici Customer Support.
