What You Need to Know
Familiarity with data communications and electronic concepts and terms is necessary to understand the information presented in this guide.
One to two years of experience installing data communications equipment is necessary to perform the installation procedures in this guide.You must be familiar with general cabinet, shelf, and circuit board installation techniques and terminology. In addition, you must be aware of all electrical and physical safety procedures and standards.
