NOTE This is a preliminary survey form. While you may fill out as much as possible prior to meeting with an Avici representative, the survey will not be finalized without a full onsite inspection with an Avici representative prior to shipping equipment.

Power Requirements

Do delivery, freight elevators, and access to receiving dock need to be scheduled with building management?

Floor Loading

q

Floor loading: fully loaded bay provides floor loading of 586 kg/m2 (120 lb/ft2) given minimum access aisles in front and behind.

q

Concrete floors must be a minimum of 6 inches thick, 3000 psi concrete for anchoring the bay. The drilled hole depth must be 4 in.

q

Raised floors require a pedestal. Measure the space below floor tiles. Select a pedestal size.

Meets humidity requirements: long term: 5% - 85% R. H., short term: 0% - 90% R. H. for 96 hours max.
