This section includes the information gathered in a site survey. Before scheduling a TSR system installation, contact your sales representative and schedule a site preparedness survey.

NOTE This is a preliminary survey form. While you may fill out as much as possible prior to meeting with an Avici representative, the survey will not be finalized without a full onsite inspection with an Avici representative prior to shipping equipment.

Requirements of an Installer:

Power Requirements
q	Meets power requirements: Input power -0 to 48 Vdc nominal 5500 W max.
	Will power cable leads approach the TSR system from above or below the planned location? _______________
q	Customer supplies power feeds and returns. Total of eight supply and eight return feeds, size determined by local code requirements.
q	Customer supplies ground wire (#6 AWG) for single point ground to facility ground.

Transport & Unpacking
q	Customer provides accessible loading dock location (Include hours of operation of the loading dock).
q	Do delivery, freight elevators, and access to receiving dock need to be scheduled with building management?
	Name and contact number of person who can coordinate use of the receiving platform for delivery of TSR system?
	Restrictions in truck size to be used for delivery:
q	Customer provides pallet jack, forklift or similar equipment for transporting the bay from the loading dock to the installation area.
q	Heights and widths of all hallways and doorways en route to the installation site exceed the required measurements of the bay. Height on installation dolly: 2191 mm (86.3 in.) Height on pallet (uncrated): 2337 mm (92 in.) Height without shipping pallet or dolly: 2178 mm (85.8 in.) Width on shipping pallet 1016 mm (40 in.) Width on installation dolly 813 mm (32 in.)

q	Determine slope of any ramps onto a raised floor or other area.

Floor Loading
q	Floor loading: fully loaded bay provides floor loading of 586 kg/m2 (120 lb/ft2) given minimum access aisles in front and behind.
q	Concrete floors must be a minimum of 6 inches thick, 3000 psi concrete for anchoring the bay. The drilled hole depth must be 4 in.
q	Raised floors require a pedestal. Measure the space below floor tiles. Select a pedestal size.

Installation
q	Customer has determined location to install TSR system.
q	Installation provides sufficient room for TSR system including front and back aisles.

q	Meets cooling requirements: 4.93 kW/m2 (458 kW/ft.2) assuming 48 in. front and 24 in. rear aisles. Max dissipation per bay is 5500 W.
q	Meets temperature requirements: long term: 5° to 40°C (41° to 104°F) short term: -5° to 50°C (23° to 122°F)
q	Meets humidity requirements: long term: 5% - 85% R. H., short term: 0% - 90% R. H. for 96 hours max.
