show mpls te interface


Displays MPLS traffic engineering status for the router as a whole or for the specified interface.

Syntax: show mpls te interface [pos bay/slot/port | composite-link name | ethernet identifier]

pos bay/slot/port

Identifies a specific POS interface.

composite-link name

Identifies a specific composite-link.

ethernet identifier

Identifies a specific ethernet interface.

Description: Use the show mpls te interface command with no arguments to display all interfaces on this Avici router with traffic engineering enabled.

Use the show mpls te interface pos bay/slot/port command to display the MPLS settings for the specified POS interface.

Use the show mpls te interface composite-link name command to display the MPLS settings for the specified composite link.

Use the show mpls te interface ethernet identifier command to display the MPLS settings for the specified ethernet interface.

Factory Default: None.

Command Mode: Executive.

Example 1: The following shows sample output of the show mpls te interface pos command:

router#show mpls te int pos 1/2/1

POS 1/2/1

Administrative color set:

using default administrative colors



Maximum Bandwidth: 601.0000m

Reserved bandwidth: 601.0000m

Traffic engineering metric: 1

Example 2: The following shows sample output of the show mpls te interface ethernet command:

router#show mpls te interface ethernet 2

Administrative color set:

using default administrative colors



Maximum link bandwidth: 10.0000m

Maximum reservable bandwidth: 10.0000m

Traffic engineering metric: 1pos 1/1/1

red, blue, grey

maximum bandwidth: 155000

Field Description

Administrative color set:

Lists the administrative colors configured for this interface or indicates that the interface is using the default administrative colors.

Maximum link bandwidth:

Maximum bandwidth advertised for the link.

Maximum reservable bandwidth:

Maximum reservable bandwidth advertised for the interface.

Traffic engineering metric:

Indicates if the interface is using the default traffic engineering metric or a metric configured for this interface.
