reserving-priority
Defines/deletes the reserving priority for a tunnel, default tunnel, or tunnel parameter-set.
Syntax: [no] reserving-priority [0...7]
0...7
Priority used to preempt existing tunnels. Valid values are 0 through 7.
Description: The reserving-priority value specifies the priority used when setting up this tunnel. A value of 0 specifies the highest priority and enables this tunnel to preempt all other tunnels except those with a holding priority of 0. A value of 7 specifies the lowest priority and does not enable the new tunnel to preempt any existing tunnel.
Use the reserving-priority command to define the reserving priority for a tunnel parameter set, default tunnel, or for a specified tunnel.
Use the no reserving-priority command to set the reserving priority for this tunnel or tunnel parameter-set to the default value of 7.
Factory Default: 7 (lowest priority).
Command Mode: Traffic engineering parameter-set, traffic engineering tunnel-default, and traffic engineering tunnel-name.
Example: In the following example, the reserving-priority command sets the reserving priority for tunnel oc12toBos to 1, and the show mpls te tunnel command displays the setting:
router(config)#mpls te ospf
router(config-te)#tunnel oc12toBos
router(config-te-tunnel)#reserving-priority 1
router(config-te-tunnel)#end
router#show mpls te tunnel
