clear tunnel-history


Clears current tunnel history database for the specified or all history types.

Syntax: clear tunnel-history [his-type]

his-type

Specifies the history type to clear. Valid Values:

  • traps

  • state

  • protect

  • retry

  • timer

  • spf

  • all

Default: all.

Description: Use the clear tunnel-history command to clear history for the specified history type or for all history types for current histories relative to the configuration mode.

Factory Default: None

Command Mode: Tunnel default, Tunnel name, Tunnel parameter-set Configuration.

Example: In the following example the clear tunnel-history command clears history collection for spf for the ChiToBos tunnel:

router#configure terminal

Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.

router(config)#mpls te ospf

router(config-te)#tunnel ChiToBos

router(config-te-tunnel)#clear tunnel-history spf

router(config-te-tunnel)#end

router#
