show random-detect


Shows all or specified random detect sets configured for this Avici router.

Syntax: show random-detect [default | parameter-set rname]

rname

The name of a random detect set configured on this Avici router.

Description: This command displays random detect configuration information for all or a specified parameter set for this Avici router. If you do not specify the default or parameter-set options, all random detect sets configured on this Avici router are displayed along with the minimum and maximum thresholds and maximum mark spacing. If you specify the default option, the default random detect set displays along with the default packet treatment. If you specify the parameter-set option, the specified random-detect information displays along with the packet treatments that use this set.

Factory Default: None.

Command Mode: Privileged.

Example 1: The following command displays the default and configured random-detect parameter-sets for this Avici router:

router>enable
router#show random-detect
 random-detect default min-th 5.00ms max-th 10.00ms max-mark-spacing 8
 random-detect parameter-set rb-e min-th 5.00ms max-th 10.00ms max-mark-spacing 4
 random-detect parameter-set rp min-th 6.00ms max-th 10.00ms max-mark-spacing 20

Example 2: The following command displays the rB-E random-detect parameter-set along with the packet treatments that use this parameter-set:

router>enable
router#show random-detect parameter-set rB-E
 random-detect parameter-set rb-e min-th 5.00ms max-th 10.00ms max-mark-spacing 4
         used by : packet-treatment pb-e (GREEN drop-preference)

The following fields display when using the show random-detect command:

Displays the default parameter set min-th, max-th, and max-mark-spacing values.

parameter-set

Displays parameter set name, min-th, max-th, and max-mark-spacing.

A list of the packet treatments using this queue.
