clear ip msdp statistics
Clears statistic counters for one or all of the MSDP peers.
Syntax: clear ip msdp statistics [peer-address]
peer-address
Address of the MSDP peer whose statistics counters are cleared.
Description: Statistics displayed in MSDP show commands can be cleared using the clear ip msdp statistics command for either all peers or a specified peer.
Use the clear ip msdp statistics command to clear MSDP statistics for all MSDP peers on this router.
Use the clear ip msdp statistics peer-address command to clear MSDP statistics for the specified peer.
Factory Default: None.
Command Mode: Privileged.
Example 1: The following command clears statistics for all MSDP peers for this router:
router#clear ip msdp statistics
router#
Example 2: The following command clears statistics associated with MSDP peer 10.10.10.10:
router#clear ip msdp statistics 10.10.10.10
router#
