ecmp-max-paths
Assigns the maximum number of ECMP next-hop LSRs for LDP routes.
Syntax: [no] ecmp-max-paths num
num
Specifies whether a single or up to four next-hop LSRs are supported for this LSR. Valid Values: 1 - 8. Default Value: 1.
Description: With ECMP support, an LDP LSP can have more than one outgoing next-hop interface. LDP-ECMP midpoint functionality supports up to eight outgoing interfaces per ECMP set per module. POS, Gigabit Ethernet and composite-link interfaces are supported. Each composite-link is counted as a single interface. If LDP-ECMP is enabled the discovery of an ECMP candidate is transparent and requires no further action by the user. The LDP-ECMP supports 64 ECMP sets per Avici router.
Use the ecmp-max-paths command to specify either a single or up-to eight ECMP next-hop LSRs for LDP routes.
Use the no ecmp-max-paths command to reset the ECMP maximum next-hops to the default value
