verify mpls ldp fec periodic
Provides for the configuration of a periodic verification of LDP FECs.
Syntax: verify mpls ldp fec periodic period
period
Specifies the number of seconds between running LDP FEC verifications. Specifying 0 seconds disables periodic verification. Default: 60 seconds
Description: LDP FEC verification provides for the discovery and reporting of software to hardware inconsistencies that can cause black holing of traffic, resulting in discarded or mis-forwarded data.
Use the verify mpls ldp fec periodic command to configure a periodic LDP FEC verification.
Factory Default: Enabled.
Command Mode: Privileged.
Example 1: In the following example the periodic verification of LDP FECs is configured to run every 90 seconds:
router#verify mpls ldp fec periodic 90
router#
Example 2: In the following example the periodic running of LDP FEC verification is disabled:
router#verify mpls ldp fec periodic 0
router#
