show clock
Shows the current time of day setting.
Syntax: show clock [detail]
Description: Use the show clock command to display the current time of day.
Use the show clock detail syntax to display the time of day and the status of the SNTP server.
Use the clock set command to set the time of day.
Use the clock timezone command to label the timezone of your system clock.
Factory Default: None.
Command Mode: Executive.
Example 1: The following command shows the time of day on a system that has been running for over 9 days without setting the system clock.
router>show clock
03:11:33.108 Fri Jan 9 1970
Example 2: The following command shows the time of day for a system on which the clock and the time zone have been set.
router>show clock
16:17:36.207 Fri Jun 29 2001
Example 3: The show clock detail command shows the configuration of your SNTP server. (SNTP not supported at this time).
router>show clock detail
16:17:36.207 Fri Jun 29 2001
No SNTP server is configured
