default failover window
Sets the threshold and duration used to guard against continual route controller failovers caused by a pathological condition to the default value.
Syntax: default failover window
Description: If multiple failovers take place within a short period of time it can be symptomatic of a pathological failure that requires a system reset to clear. To guard against pathological failures, the failover window can be configured for a threshold that if reached within a configured duration will cause an automatic system reset.
Use the failover window command in redundancy configuration command mode to set the failover window for this router.
Use the default failover window command in redundancy configuration command mode to reset threshold and duration values to default.
Use the show redundancy verbose command to display failover window values for this Avici router.
Factory Default: Duration = 30 minutes, Threshold = 3 failovers.

Example: The following example resets failover window values to default:
router#configure terminal
