fabric link time-window
Modifies the HLTF time-window.
Syntax: fabric link time-window linkName timeWindowValue
linkName
Specifies the link to apply the time-window value modification:
xplus - +X fabric link.
xminus - -X fabric link.
yplus - +Y fabric link.
yminus - -Y fabric link.
zplus - +Z fabric link.
zminus - -Z fabric link.
timeWindow
ValueSpecifies the time-window period in minutes for the named link.
Description: The time-window is the number of minutes that the down-event is active. If the number of down-events that occur within the time-window equals the down-events threshold, the heuristic is triggered and the link is placed in a failed state.
Use the fabric link time-window command to modify the time-window period.
NOTE It is strongly recommended that you do not change the time window period default values unless you are certain you know what you are doing. The un-necessary taking down of too many links can result in lost system forwarding performance.
Use the show fabric link command to display the current statistics relating to HLTF.
Factory Default: 10 minutes.
Command Mode: Module configuration.
Example: The following example changes the time-window value for X+ axis to 15 minutes for module 1/5:
router#config terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
router(config)#module 1/5
router(config-module)#fabric link time-window xplus 15
router(config-module)#end
router#show fabric links mod 1/5
Module 1/5:
