
unerase
Moves the specified file from the trash directory to the current directory.
Syntax: unerase [volume:] file
volume:
Volume containing the file to be unerased. The colon (:) is required.
file
Name of the file to be unerased. Names are case-sensitive.
Description: Use the unerase command to move the specified file from the trash directory to the current directory.
The erase command moves a file to the trash directory. The file is not actually deleted from the file system until you use the squeeze command.
To unerase a file with the same file name as an existing (not marked for deletion) file, you must first either delete or rename the existing file.
Factory Default: None.
Command Mode: Privileged.
Example: In the following example, the unerase command moves a file named config.tst from the trash directory to the default directory:
router>unerase config.tst
